Exchange Only (If Product is Damaged)

We only accept exchanges if the product is:

  • Damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Send us a message on WhatsApp at +91 8291465834 with: 

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged item

    • Your contact details

We will review your request and let you know if it qualifies for an exchange. Exchange approval is based on our team’s assessment of the damage.

Important Notes

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons like size, color change, or change of mind.

  • Exchanges will only be processed once the damaged item is returned to us.
